How do you go about actually getting the help you need while maintaining your employment?

1.  Crisis intervention
2.  A place to go
3.  Health care
4.  A j-o-b, a real one, a decent one.  And in the meantime, a way to get 1-3 above while maintaining the j-o-b I have.

Any ideas?
