I thought that I was bad.

I thought that I was stupid.

I thought that I was ugly,

and in my soul.

I thought I'd never make it.

I thought I couldn't do it, alone;

alone.

I thought I didn't have it in me.

I thought I was a bitch.

I thought that I would never

ever

feel good

about myself,

or anybody else.

I thought I was a failure.

I thought I'd never win.

I thought that I had lost the game

before it had

even

begun.

I thought a lot of things.

I thought a lot of things, let me tell you!

I thought a lot of things.

But...

...I was wrong.
